Help! Ive deleted my Recycle Bin!!

I am on Windows 2000, and ive deleted my Recycle Bin.

Im not sure how or why, but it definately is not there.

Ive tried rearranging my files on the desktop, just
incase it went offscreen, but nope. Its not there.

Can anyone help me? How do i recover this?
Is it possible?

Bleh, thanks for trying... but like i said, ive already
tried the rearranging thing. The bin has been DELETED,
not moved to a part of the screen i cannot see.
