Hi, guys:

My office computer uses LAN to access Internet (With IP, WINS, DNS, WINGATE
set up correctly), but this morning the browser didn't work, I could not
surf any web site. I have checked other computer, we have got the same WINS,
DNS, WINGATE, the only difference is IP. I am afraid the Web Master has
locked my IP.

Would you please give me some idea of how to solve this problem.

Thanks.

Since it's a managed network, you'd need to ask the network administrator.

Have you reason to suspect you have been blocked?
If so, then you need to clear that up and verify that's not the
reason before resorting to technical troubleshooting.

If there indeed appears to be a technical problem, then you'd
need the help of the network admin anyway, because
only they know exactly how the network is configured.

You're not going to get very far trying to work against the
network admins, except possibly in trouble.

Jane,

what is WINGATE?
