HELP! input phone no from phone line

:confused: how to input a phone no when the phone rings? I have
database in sheet 1, if the phone rings, i would like the details o
the record with the corresponding phone number display on sheet 2.
anybody can help??
 
Hi
this is called CTI (Computer Telephony Integration). Though possible you'll
need at least:
- some code for your telephone system (should be provided by your vendor)
- have to access this aPI
- create a process which looks for an event in this API

To be honest: Don't do this with Excel!!!
