Help in W98 please!!

Got following message from Adelphia when trying to connect to internet with
our new *used* W98 computer - " in order to access the Adelphia high speed
internet installation wizard, you must have your security settings set to
medium". Are these settings found in Internet Explorer or in just windows
98?
Found no security settings icon in control panel. Help Please!

They are referring to the Internet Explorer security settings.

maybe others can benefit from the problem so better not to give an EM
