Either don't use Word as your email editor (I have an irrational hatred of
Word as an email editor) or keep using it and turn of the "Show/Hide"
button. It's icon looks like the paragraph symbol and may not be visible if
Word is set to show Standard and Formatting toolbars on one row. Tools >
Customize > Options to check.
