Help importing data to word labels

I am trying to import data into word from excel to make
address labels. Basically I have a whole bunch of
information and I do not want to hand write it, or cut
and paste all day.
PLEASE HELP!

Just an FYI, you might want to fix your system date.

The conventional way to create labels is to use Word, with the Excel file as
the source. The records need to have a colo,n heading (Name, Address, etc)
