Help: I want my favorites folder to display website ICON?

I want my favorites folder to display the original icons
from each website. I want to get rid oh IE e.

You're referring to Favicons, which are not native to Internet Explorer. You
need a 3rd party utility in order to maintain these in your system. Do a Google
search for "FavOrg". It used to be freeware, but now requires a yearly
subscription to download.
