Help!! I have Gmail and can not get Windows mail to send or reciev

I have Gmail and can not get Windows mail to send recieve!! Im getting and
sending mail through Gmail but when I send messages for website it will not
send or recieve?? What do I do??

These instructions cover both the IMAP method of connecting and the
POP method. Choose one of these, and don't get them mixed up.
