Help! I got the code, but...

I got the code for a site, and the URL, but when I say
PUBLISH on frontpage, enter the URL it sez to douloud
somthing. I am nine years old, so what is it?

Does the host you're trying to publish to have a help page??
You will have much better luck checking there, unless you can provide more details.
