Help. I can't seem to get the Windows Welcome Screen to show up..

Help. I'm having some issues with the login screen. For about the last
year, my computer has been stuck on the classic windows login thing.
It's became a pain, because I never set it like this. I wanna have the
Welcome Screen/Fast Switch thing back. In User Accounts it says it
should come up, but it doesn't Is there any possible way to reinstall
the windows welcome screen? Please help.

Are you sure that you have Welcome Screen / Fast User switching enabled?
