help i cant see my ACTIVE windows on the taskbar

i dont know what has happen to my computer but i can see
my taskbar and the langauge bar and the quicklinks and
the icons on the right but i can not see my max. and min.
windows buttons on the taskbar ... can someone please
help me
 
Not sure what you're referring to by max and min buttons
on the Taskbar.
