Help! I Can't pull up documents after upgrade

I went from Office XP Pro to Office Pro 2003 and now I can't pull up my
documents... The message says that my file is not available and then when I
go to close word, it says, "Changes have been made that affect the global
template, Normal. Do you want to save those changes?

Disable the Office Plugin that comes with Symantec/Norton AntiVirus. See
