Help...I cannot change my Homepage

I am looking for someone who can let me know what I can
do to fix a problem with Internet Explorer 6.0 used with
XP Professional.

I cannot change or set my homepage. When IE starts all I
get is the runonce page and I cannot change it. Is there
a servicepack I can download or a registry fix that will
allow meto make the changes I want.
