HELP: How to restore Windows Taskbar

I accidentally drag the Windows taskbar from its default position at the
bottom horizontal part of the screen to the left side of the screen in a
vertical position. I cant seem to drag it back to its original horizontal
postion at the bottom of the screen. I rebooted but it didnt work. Pse
help. I'm using Win XP.

Right-click on it..
Make sure 'Lock the Taskbar' is NOT checked... (Click on it if it is.)
Drag it back where you want it.
