HELP.....HOW TO ENABLE TASK MANAGER

WHEN I PRESS CTRL+ALT+DELETE, A MESSAGE POOPPED OUT AND SAID THAT THE TASK
MANAGER HAS BEEN DISABLED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR. HOW TO ENABLE IT..........I

Go to the registry editor and check the following to make sure the value is
0:

Hive: HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Key: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
Name: DisableTaskMgr
Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 1=Enable this key, that is DISABLE TaskManager
Value: 0=Disable this key, that is Don't Disable, Enable TaskManager
