Task manager, Really need help

When I do Ctrl+Alt+Delete, I get a box that says that the task manager has
been disabled by the administrator. I am the administrator for my computer.
I don't remember disabling task manager, but I think my dad might of, some
how.

My question is: How do u enable task manager after it has been disabled?
