Help !!!! How do I add a scroll bar to a power point slide?

I am trying to take a Chart from an excel file and copying it to Power
point and pasting it to Power point as a Bitmap in order to keep the formate
of the chart. When it is on the power point slide, and it is resized to fit
the slide. The text is too small for the audience to see. My thought was to
leave the chart big enough for the audience to see and use a scroll bar to
scroll through the text. Please tell me how I can accomplish this or other
ideas on what I can do to make the text big enough for everyone to see and
keep it on one slide.

Personally, I think your best bet is to link to the Excel file. Put the
file in the same folder as your presentation, go to the slide that you want
to be on to open the Excel file and put an Action Button from the AutoShapes
icon on the Drawing Toolbar. In the dialog box that opens, click the
"Hyperlink to" dropdown and select "Other File". Browse to and select your
excel file. When done you can right-click the button and click on "Add
Text" to type something on your button.

There are probably several different ways of getting you what you want, but
I prefer this method because you get the actual file and can do what you
want and when you click the top right "X" to close excel it goes back to
your presentation in Slide Show mode on the same slide.
