help help i cant do anything

hi i hope someone will be able to help for some reason
my computer will not let me hit any links on e-mail or
most websites plz help and please no links thank you

If you have Norton Internet Security Try turning off Ad-
Blocking from the main menu as this also has Pop Up
Window blocking enabled by default which would mean alot
of links wouldnt work in emails and sites, If you think
its related to MS Antispy Shut MSAS Down and try the
links again (Right click the MSAS icon in the system
tray 'TaskBar' and press shut down)

Let us know if this doesnt help
