HELP GETTING INTO ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT WHEN I KNOW PASSWORD IS CORRECT

I need help I was playing around with my Windows XP Home Edition Program.
I
 
For XP Home, you must boot the computer into Safe Mode to access the built
in Administrator account. Press F8 between the BIOS screen and XP actually
starting to load. See Help and Support for more information.
