I installed WinXP Manager V4.92 trial (http://www.winxp-manager.com/)
from Yanicsoft in my WinXP Pro SP2 box. There is no informations
displayed in ALL tabs of "System Info" and "Hardware Info" (please refer
to the following snapshots).

http://tinyurl.com/8zy7z
http://tinyurl.com/96ucr
http://tinyurl.com/d67bf
http://tinyurl.com/ahmnc

I think it had something related to the Services in WinXP but could not
figure out the solution. Please help, thank you!

BTW I was unable to contact the support guys of Yanicsoft. Emails send
to ([email protected]) was failed due to "Error reading SMTP
packet; response to RCPT TO command expected"

I can't help you with your specific Yanicsoft problem however you might
consider alternatives. If you can find it, aida32 provides much of the same
information. You can also try Everest Home Edition available at
http://www.lavalys.com/products/overview.php?pid=1&lang=en. Another good
option is Belarc Advisor from http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html.
