How do you get help for problems that aren't answered on
this forum?

Chances are the problem has been addressed in this group or another. Go to:

http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=&group=microsoft.public.windowsxp.g

And search with key words or phrases (enclose the phrases with quotation
marks to make the search more exact). e.g. "repair recycle bin" With the
Google search engine you can search all groups, or just this group. If you
can't find the answer in this group, try the Search all groups option.
