Help! Folder files are not listed in order? It just started doing

When trying to load pictures onto a page, (Insert, Picture, From File) the
files in all of my folders (and the folders themselves) are not listed in
alphabetical/numerical order as usual. There isn't any order to how they're
being listed.

This just started happening. How can I reset this?
