Help finding NAV Corporate Subscription Expiration

Can anyone tell me how to find the expiration date for virus def
subscriptions for Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition 8.x and/or 9.x, if the
licensing certificate is not available?

I work for a network consulting company. Our company has many customers
that use NAV Corporate 8 and 9. I have been running into a problem lately
when their subscription runs out. I have been unable to find a way to check
the date beforehand, so that we can renew the subscriptions before they run
out.

A Symantec tech told me that the only way to find the date was to check the
licensing certificate, well this is a problem because the previous employees
of my company didn't bother to keep decent records and the customers don't
have them either.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

You can buy 2 at a time and have one in advance for the next user who
expires their term, or buy them all right now and keep better records than
the last people.
