Help finding a news group

Is there a news group for xp about virus I just got a new computer on Monday
and it saids I have a worm/nachi I ran AVG and then I went to Trend Micro
and ran that and I still get a pop-up saiding that I have it how do I get
rid of it,I new to computers so I don't know to much about anything any help
would be appreciate

Is there a news group for virus? I went to Trend Micro and it said to
download zip file "lpt$vpn.** and I couldn't find it.

I can't seem to find microsoft.public.security.virus I type it in and it
only comes up for security not virus I even try to cut and paste it in
