Help Files

I cannot access any help files at all, it doesn't matter which programme I am
in. They are still on my PC as I have searched for them but they do not run
as expected in that they don't open from the F1 help or from the drop down
box. Help please it is driving me mad.
 
My favorite is when access gives you a message box saying "Help can not be
found" and you have two options, "OK" and "HELP" and if you click HELP
Access help pops up. It actually makes me laugh.....
