help...error in explorer

hi,
please help...my internet explorer is not allowing me to
open more than one webpage....error msg........error in
explorer MSVBVM60.DLL..........PLEASE LET E KNOW WHAT
PROBLEM IS THERE AND HOW TO GTE RID OF IT.
