HELP!!! DLL ERROR ! Please respond via AOL/aim, yahoo mssngr, MSN MSSNGR or ICQ

I cannot get my email - please respond via one of the
messengers I am listing.

YAhOO - blossom696
AOL/AIM - Kimberblossom
ICQ - 119975108
MSN messenger- (e-mail address removed)

I have the following message when clicking MSN OE6 to open
and check my email. It was working fine... I had to
reboot my system for some reason and then POOF! no OE6
now!

I am in a panic!

"Outlook Express could not be started because Msoe.dll
could not be initialized. Outlook Express may not be
installed correctly. "

now, there are a few "solutions" at the MS site.... but I
have not messed around with install and uninstalls before -
and I do not have a back up hard drive OR a CD burner and
I am not very good with the back up or regedit stuff...

CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

I will be on my IM awaiting a reply.
