Hi,

We're looking for easy to use help desk software for an IT department. The
software we have now takes longer to log a call than it does to fix the
call. Does anyone have a recommendation of what we should get? Someone
replied to my other post with a list of software. What I'm really looking
for is a suggestion from personal experience. If you use something and you
like it, please let me know.

I'd vote against Magic TSD by Network Associates. :)

"Remedy" is a pretty good one from what I've heard.
 
We use a product called NetHelpDesk which has quite a few useful
features for our line of work. I think its at www.nethelpdesk.com.
It was quite cheap, but works reliably.

Please post to relevant newsgroups. It's not an IIS issue, so don't
post in the IIS group.
