Hi,
We're looking for easy to use help desk software for an IT department. The
software we have now takes longer to log a call than it does to fix the
call. Does anyone have a recommendation of what we should get? Someone
replied to my other post with a list of software. What I'm really looking
for is a suggestion from personal experience. If you use something and you
like it, please let me know.
