Help creating a macro to run all rules

I would like to create a macro that will select all rules and then runthem
against whatever folder I am in. Any ideas how to do this?

Any code reference and or code samples/snippetts for how to work with rules?

Not possible. Outlook provides no technique for running a rule
programmatically.
