HELP! CPU Usage 100% explorer crashing etc..

Hiya Everyone,

My girlfriend is having real problems with her laptop, the cpu usage is
at 100% and it seems to be this "wupdmgr" that is taking up all the
space, it is using between 30% and 70% of the usage!

Also her explorer has real problems it keeps coming up with debugging
messages and "cannot open page" messages!

Please help!!!
