Help computer turns off.

Every time i go to download something the my computer
turns off, every time i go to play a game my computer
turns off, every time i go to watch a movie my computer
turns off, even when i search the net my computer may
turn off. It even turns off if i just leave for a period
of time. It reboots itself most of the time but sometimes
just reboots so far then freezes. I've reformated at
least 5 times and that doesn't work. What can i do??

Could be a bad power supply.

Unsufficient Power rating of P.S?
....and/or Heat building up?
Others: Poor contacts==>unseated card, memory module, cooling fan not
"faced" to CPU, etc.
