*HELP* cleaning the right click context menu from control panel > folder options > file types

How come when I go to "Drive" or "Folder" or "File Folder under file types
under folder options in the control panel, the DELETE option is grayed out
and can't be selected (even on options I put in there myself).....Can this
be fixed in the registry or other? How?
 
That won't help. Those file types can't be removed, they
are system settings and tell the OS how to handle files,
folders and drives. They can'y be deleted.
