Help Center not responding

Hi,
I'm still having trouble with getting the Help Center to respond. I go
to Start then click Help and Support and the hour glass appears,
momentarily, then disappears and the Help Center will not come up. I am
using XP pro and I do have SP1 installed. Does anyone have a suggestion
about what to do?

Go to Start, Run, and type

services.msc

in the list of services that comes up, make sure Help and Support service is
in Automatic or manual. If it's disabled, the service won't start.

Did you upgrade EasyCleaner to version 2.0.6.369??
It no longer breaks help in XP.
