Help.....Cant run windows updates

I cant seem to run windows updates anymore. When I go to
the site it just sits at 0% and wont go any further. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been fighting with Windows Updates for over a week. After doin
some reading on these message sites I got a clue. The personsuggeste
copy and past the web address onto IE page. Since I was already there
tried to paste to my provider home page and what do you know it worked
