help cant import backup.pst access denied

Doug

I am trying to move my account and all the folders to a new computer. I
copied the backup.pst file to a cd rom. When I try to import it I am told
Access Denied........

Hi Doug,

You need to copy the PST to the hard drive then import from it there.

Had to romeve check mark for from the read only. Then it worked.
