Save and Restore

Good People,
I plan to:
1. Perform a 100% reinstall of Vista Ultimate and MS Office Pro 2007 on one computer,
2. Transfer all Outlook 2007 files, settings, accounts, etc to another computer which has MS Office Pro 2007 and XP Pro.

With File | Import and Export and can create a backup.pst file for Personal Folder and all of its subfolders.

In %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook, I find, in addition to Backup.pst, the following:
1. extend.dat
2. Outlook.sharing.xml.obi
3. Outlook.xml.kfl

In %appdata%\microsoft\Outlook, I find the following:
1. outcmd.dat
2. Outlook.NK2
3. Outlook.srs
4. Outlook.xml
5. OutlPrnt

Should I backup and then restore/install these additional files?

Question is prompted by the conflicting info I have found both in the MSKB and elsewhere, probably due to failure to update the respective articles to reflect the current Outlook 2007.
Thanks,
Karl

Rather than export/import with outlook closed you should copy the pst files
to some suitable location on the new PC, then open them within Outlook (it
is not nesseccary to copy them to the default location, niether should you
overwrite any existing pst)
The nk2 file is the autocomplete entries, and presumably you allready have a
current file on the new PC

And since you have two functioning systems you might be advised to confirm
your copy is carried over correctly before you nuke the old system
