Help! Can't get at window

I have Access open with another window open inside it. But the blue bar at
the top of the inner window has disappeared under the toolbars and menu bar
at the top of the screen. This means I cannot close it down or do anything
with it.

How can I solve this problem?

Can you make the window active (by clicking anywhere on it), then use Alt-F4
to close it?
 
Did you notice that when this happens, the Access's main window shows a
SCROLL BAR on the right side and/or bottom side?
