Help. Can't Delete Suspect Files

I've got some kind of bug (possibly CSW.Jksearch) and cannot remove a very
suspicious Folder called Zing Temp with a subfolder called UploadFiles. It
is in my Local Settings\Temp\ folder. I started in Safe Mod as an Admin and
deleted my History, Temp, and Internet Temp folders. I then restarted in
Normal mod, launched Windows Explorer and the Zing Temp and UploadFiles
sub-folder were still there. (Local Settings\Temp\Zing Temp\Uploadfiles).

I also ran CWShredder in Safe Mode and it found and removed
CWS.Jksearch Trouble is, it keeps coming back. I think it's somehow
related to my MS Toolbar which has a shortcut for Windows Explorer. When I
try to use the shortcut it launches Norton AV instead of Explorer. Then the
CWS.Jksearch shows up again when I run Shredder. When I select "Properties"
for the Windows Explorer shortcut it lists "Start In" as:
%HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%. Something has changed this setting.

Hi:

CWShredder is no longer updated since July 29 it probably does
not delete the hijacker hence it comes back.
CoolWWWSearch Smart Killer deletes the same type of parasites
So do Spybot S&D, Ad-aware SE, SpywareBlaster.
