Help - Cannot send email

An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Fw: Farewell Happy Hour', Account:
'popmail.cvi.net', Server: 'smtp.cvi.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response:
'550 5.7.1 Blocked by SpamAssassin', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error:
550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69

Never had a problem before.....
 
Contact your ISP. Their anti-spam software, SpamAssassin, apparently has
flagged the message (or all messages you're sending) as spam.

You're connected to the internet via civ.net when sending, right?
 
Yes - through outlook.
