Help Cannot add titles at all

Running XP Pro with SP1 geforce 4 card with latest drivers

When I add text I can change the font etc but when I say add to movie
it won't accept it , similarly no text effects are selectable.

The transitions work fine?

Any ideas, from reading around it sounds to be XP Pro specific.

The first thing I would try, is to reinstall MovieMaker and see if that
fixes the problem.. You can download it from the following link

Thanks I tried that. I also tried it on another XP Pro Pc at work and
got the same results !

Any ideas if there is a problem with XP Pro?
