HELP! BIOS Probs, too

[Frustrated!]

This is sooooooooo frustrating....

I have a "desktop" that runs XP Home, is password
protected upon bootup, and password has been forgotten.

I was thinking that maybe there was some way to access
the DOS prompt from this screen to do a "format"
and "reinstall". (I do have reinstall CD.)

Anyone have any answers for me?
