(help) Anyone else get this from windows update site?

It wont let me update my pc which has a xp OS, and I
purches this pc only 2 years ago. Can anyone please help
me?
Heres the message that keeps popping up but the download
button they got dont work.
"We've made improvements to our website. To download the
new version of the software and begin using Windows
Update, please click Update Now."

This is normal. What has happened is that the windows update
client has been updated. You will be asked to accept the new
program and trust windows update - click yes and wait for
the install to complete. If necessary, close and restart
windows than continue with the updates. Also be sure to
clean the drive and tun it up (defrag)
