help and support

has anyone got any idea why I cannot bring up help and
support in windows xp home edition from the start menu
 
Right click START>>Properties>>Start Menu tab>>Customize>>Advanced. Under Start menu Items Check the box for Help and Support. Click
OK then apply then OK.
