I just purchased a new comp. with windows XP home and
the "Help and Support" will not open from the start menu.
I was told by the comp. mftr. tech that it was due to MS
critical security updates MS04-011 and 012. They said it
only affects systems shipped out of the factory between
4/16 and 5/3/2004. Is there any fixes for this glitch, I
can't believe I paid over $1,400. for a brand new system
and it had this problem right out of the box.
Please, anyone?
