Help and Support ?

"Full-text Search Matches" and "Microsoft Knowledge Base" articles don't show
when using Help and Support, only "Suggested Topics" show . . . Why, and is
there a solution for this?

Thank you in advance for your help.
 
It's not just your PC.
KB searches have been coming up "0" for some time now. It occurs on all PCs,
so it's a Microsoft glitch.
