HI
1) I have a problem with my Help and Support Index. When i try to click the
'Index' on the toolbar, a Blank [blue] space appears on the Left panel. The
right side is OK. Is

the reqd. file deleted or something?
2) Also the system restore seems to have some problrm when restoring. It
restores the system & after completing everything it says 'Restoration
Failed'. I have tried restoring

to last months point but same problem occurs.
Please help.

2. One or more of the System Restore files could have been corrupted - try
turning SR off/on - but I'm afraid that you will lose any existing
checkpoints:

Right click My Computer, select Properties and then the System Restore tab.
Enable 'Turn off System Restore on all drives' and reboot your PC. After
that 1st reboot go back into SR and disable 'Turn off System Restore on all
drives' and reboot your PC again. After that 2nd reboot you should have one
new SR checkpoint.

Hello Sir,
I tried the link u gave and followed the commands. but it says some of the
files could not be found.what should i do?
