Help and Support Windows Hangs

The "Help and Support" window has loading very quickly up until about a week
ago. Now it takes about 5-7 min for it to load. I have run Windows XP System
File Checker (sfc /scannow) but that did not resolve the problem.
 
Found this on the web and it worked: reinstall Help and Support: Right click
C:\Windows\inf\pchealth.inf and choose install. Need XP CD.
