Help and Support Window Opens on boot

yes i have windows xp pro w/o service packs , i just re installed win xp pro
and the very last thing that happens when i start up system which did not
happen before is the Help and Support window opens un necesarily can i stop
this from happening its really starting to bug me thank you and thank
this newsgroup for all the help its given users like me Keep Up The Good

Check in Msconfig for any oddities.
(Start-Run-MSCONFIG-Startup tab)
If you cannot see anything in Msconfig then:

Start-Run-msinfo32
Click the + beside Software Environment to expand.
Click Startup Programs
Ctrl+A to Select All, Ctrl+C to Copy.
Paste that information in your message.
