Help and Support Utility

Help? Windows Help and Support service doesn't work. In the Start Menu, it
doesn't start at all. Task Manager shows the service running, but not as an
application, then it just disappears.

You might try creating a new user,then restart computer as needed,open
in new user,try help/support.If it works (probably will),the other account
is corrupted,help/support is the 1st to stop functioning...
